Official Rules: Snarf's 30th Anniversary "Scratch 'N' Snarf" Promotion
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
1. Eligibility: Participants must be U.S. residents at least 18 years old at the time of entry, who are located in the State of Colorado, Missouri or Texas at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. The following individuals are not eligible to win any prizes: Employees of Snarf's Worldwide Holding Company, LLC, their family members, or people living in their household.
2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Snarf's 30th Anniversary Scratch 'N' Snarf Promotion (the "Promotion") is Snarf's Worldwide Holding Company, LLC ("Snarf's"), located at 2762 Walnut St, Denver, Colorado 80205. The decisions of Snarf's in all matters relating to the Promotion are final.
3. Schedule: Promotion Scratch-Off Cards ("Promotion Pieces") will be distributed during the period of April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026, or until such earlier time as all Promotion Pieces at the applicable location are distributed (the "Distribution Period"). Snarf's does not guarantee any certain amount of Promotion Pieces will be available at any particular Snarf's location or that the inventory of such Promotion Pieces will last for any particular period of time. Any prizes must be claimed as described in these Official Rules on or before June 30, 2026 (the "Prize Deadline"). All late claims will be disqualified.
4. How to Participate: One Promotion Piece will be given to a customer with any purchase made in-store or online through the Snarf's mobile app or website at any Snarf's Sandwiches location in the State of Colorado (excluding Denver International Airport ["DIA"]), State of Missouri or State of Texas during the Distribution Period, for as long as supplies last. Limit receipt of one Promotion Piece per visit.
Entry Without Purchase: Individuals located in Colorado, Missouri and Texas may participate in the Promotion without purchase, by requesting a Promotion Piece via letter sent to the following address:

Your request letter must be accompanied by a separate self-addressed, stamped return envelope (with a Colorado, Missouri or Texas return address) for Snarf's to use to return the Promotion Piece to you. The request letter must provide your full name and address and a clear request for a Snarf's 30th Anniversary Scratch 'N' Snarf Promotion Piece. The letter must be received by Snarf's during the Distribution Period, while supplies last. Snarf's does not guarantee that any certain amount of Promotion Pieces will be available or that the inventory of such Promotion Pieces will last for any particular period of time. Assuming the above requirements are met and supplies are still available, Snarf's will then mail one Promotion Piece to you in your self-addressed stamped envelope. Snarf's cannot guarantee the speed of delivery of the Promotion Piece, or that it will be delivered prior to the Prize Deadline. Snarf's is not responsible for any errors made on the self-addressed stamped envelope that prohibit the envelope from being received by the participant (for example, incorrect address or lack of postage). Limit one request without purchase per person or address per week during the Distribution Period, while supplies last.
5. Agreement to Abide by These Official Rules: By entering into or participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they are eligible to do so based on the eligibility requirements set forth herein. The participant also agrees (i) to accept the decisions of Snarf's as final and binding as they relate to the Promotion, and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Snarf's and the participant.
6. Prizes and Odds: All Promotion Pieces will have a prize (mostly free food or beverage items). No guarantee is made regarding the type of prize on each Promotion Piece. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Promotion Pieces will be distributed among participating Snarf's Sandwiches outlets in Colorado (excluding DIA), Missouri and Texas. It is planned that approximately 225,000 Promotion Pieces will be printed and available to be distributed during the Distribution Period. The prizes available in the Promotion are as follows:
Free Sandwiches For A Year (in the form of a $650 gift card based on the current price, before tax, of one 7-inch regular sandwich once a week for 52 weeks; the gift card does not expire and does not need to be used within a year) — 57 to be awarded, retail value $650.00 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 3,947.37.
Free 7-Inch Regular Sandwich — 5,700 to be awarded, approximate retail value $12.25 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 39.47.
Free Any 7-Inch Sandwich — 5,700 to be awarded, approximate retail value up to $17.25 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 39.47.
Buy 1 Sandwich, Get 1 Free (of equal or lesser value) — 5,700 to be awarded, approximate retail value up to $23.65 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 39.47.
$5 off $25 or more — 5,700 to be awarded, approximate retail value $5.00 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 39.47.
Free Chips — 67,286 to be awarded, approximate retail value $2.30 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 3.35.
Free Fountain Drink — 67,286 to be awarded, approximate retail value $3.00 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 3.35.
Free Cookie — 67,286 to be awarded, approximate retail value $1.15 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 3.35.
Free Hat or Beanie (style based on availability) — 285 to be awarded, approximate retail value $9.00 each. Odds of winning: approximately 1 in 789.47.
All prizes have no cash value. Any prize items that include a discount may not be used in combination with any other discounts or promotions (including any other discounts on Promotion Pieces). Limit one prize redemption per visit. Any incidental expenses related to claiming the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Snarf's may issue a prize winner a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize, and the winner shall be required to provide Snarf's with their social security number and any other information required to prepare such tax form. No prize transfer, assignment, substitution, or cash redemption by the winners is permitted. Snarf's reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Redemption and Verification: All prizes EXCEPT "Free Sandwiches For A Year" can be redeemed with a valid Promotion Piece at any Snarf's Sandwiches location in the State of Colorado (excluding DIA), Missouri or Texas prior to the Prize Deadline of June 30, 2026. To claim a "Free Sandwiches For A Year" prize, email rewards@eatsnarfs.com by the Prize Deadline of June 30, 2026. Snarf's may require the prize winner to complete and sign a confirmation of eligibility and information sheet and return it within 30 days of being provided the same by Snarf's. Any failure to return the completed confirmation sheet will result in forfeiture of the prize. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Promotion Pieces are subject to verification and void if altered or reproduced.
8. Right to Cancel or Suspend Promotion: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, misprinting, or any causes beyond the control of Snarf's that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Snarf's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with or manipulate the Promotion, to disqualify any Promotion Pieces that are the result of manipulation or tampering, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or certain prizes.
9. Limitation on Liability: Your entry into or participation in the Promotion constitutes your agreement to release and hold Snarf's and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers (as applicable) (the "Snarf's Parties") harmless against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion and/or (a) you accepting, possessing, using, or misusing any awarded prize or any portion thereof; (b) any type of technical failure or other error related to the Promotion; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, mail, or Internet service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or otherwise related to the Promotion; (e) any electronic error, human error, or other error in the Promotion administration or the printing, distribution, or validation of Promotion Pieces. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Snarf's Parties from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or receipt or use of any prize, or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity. All Promotion participants acknowledge that Snarf's, or any other person or entity associated with the Promotion, make no warranty of any nature, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION. AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF YOU, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
10. Privacy Policy: By providing any information as part of the Promotion, you agree that Snarf's has the right to use your submitted contact information for future offers and promotions, subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Snarf's website. 11. Disputes: The Promotion, including these Official Rules, is governed by, and will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving any effect to any conflicts of laws provisions. Each participant agrees that any appropriate state or federal court in Colorado has exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any case or controversy arising out of or related to the Promotion, and is the proper forum in which to adjudicate the case or controversy. EXCEPT IF PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PARTICIPANT AND SNARF'S EACH KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND WILLINGLY (1) AGREE THAT ANY LITIGATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY; (2) AGREE THAT NEITHER PARTY WILL COMMENCE ANY LITIGATION WITH A THIRD PARTY AGAINST THE OTHER, OR JOIN WITH ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY LITIGATION RELATED TO ANY PROMOTION; AND (3) WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE PROMOTION.
